Confirmed bookings may be altered, cancelled or cut short if intimation in writing reaches the company as per the following terms. You can always use the ‘Cancel your Booking’ option provided in the email for your booking confirmation.
જો નીચેની શરતો અનુસાર ઈમેલ દ્વારા લેખિતમાં જાણ કરવામાં કરવામાં આવે તો પુષ્ટિ થયેલ બુકિંગમાં ફેરફાર, રદ અથવા ફેરફાર કરી શકાય છે. તમે હંમેશા તમારા બુકિંગની પુષ્ટિ માટે ઇમેઇલમાં આપેલા ‘કેન્સલ યોર બુકિંગ’ વિકલ્પનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકો છો.
- Between 0-7 days prior check-in – No refund shall be given. Cancellation charges equal to 100% of the full booking amount shall be charged. | 0-7 દિવસ પહેલા ચેક-ઇન વચ્ચે – કોઈ રિફંડ આપવામાં આવશે નહીં. સંપૂર્ણ બુકિંગ રકમના 100% જેટલો કેન્સલેશન ચાર્જ વસૂલવામાં આવશે.
- Changes to your Booking shall need a written application to the Campsite vie email. Changes shall be possible only if the rooms/tents are available on the desired date. An extra charge of 25% of the Booking amount shall be levied to the visitor to make changes to their Booking. | તમારા બુકિંગમાં ફેરફાર કરવા માટે ઇમેઇલ દ્વારા કેમ્પસાઇટને લેખિત અરજીની જરૂર પડશે. જો રૂમ/ટેન્ટ ઇચ્છિત તારીખે ઉપલબ્ધ હોય તો જ ફેરફાર શક્ય બનશે. મુલાકાતીને તેમના બુકિંગમાં ફેરફાર કરવા માટે તેમના બુકીંગના 25% નો વધારાનો ચાર્જ વસૂલવામાં આવશે.
Please note that, Cancellation of Bookings which are eligible for any kind of refund shall be processed within 5-7 working days. | મહેરબાની કરીને નોંધ કરો કે, કોઈપણ પ્રકારના રિફંડ માટે લાયક બુકિંગ રદ કરવાની પ્રક્રિયા 5-7 કાર્યકારી દિવસોમાં કરવામાં આવશે.
These are extraordinary times and keeping the current uncertain times caused due to the global pandemic of Covid-19 in mind, in the event of us being unable to allow a check-in due to unforeseen circumstances, Kilad Eco Tourism Campsite reserves the right to cancel the booking.
આ અસાધારણ સમય છે અને કોવિડ -19 ના વૈશ્વિક રોગચાળાને કારણે હાલના અનિશ્ચિત સમયને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને, જો આપણે અણધાર્યા સંજોગોને કારણે ચેક-ઇન કરવાની મંજૂરી ન આપી શકીએ તો, કિલાદ ઇકો ટૂરિઝમ કેમ્પસાઇટ આપણા બુકિંગને રદ કરવાનો અધિકાર અનામત રાખે છે.
